आ जीवनास्तात् प्रणयाः

आ जीवनास्तात् प्रणयाः कोपास्तत्क्षणभङ्गुराः।
परित्यागाश्च निःसङ्ग भवन्ति हि महात्मनाम्॥
ā jīvanāstāt praṇayāḥ kopāstatkṣaṇabhaṅgurāḥ|
parityāgāśca niḥsaṅga bhavanti hi mahātmanām||
Friendship [with noble persons] lasts for the lifetime; anger is transitory and lasts for a moment only;
They have no desire for wealth, the noble persons.

संस्कृतं नाम दैवी वाक्

संस्कृतं नाम दैवी वाक्
अन्वाख्यातं महर्षिभिः।१-३२।
— दण्डिनः काव्यादर्शः
saṁskṛtaṁ nāma daivī vāk
anvākhyātaṁ maharṣibhiḥ|1-32|
— daṇḍinaḥ kāvyādarśaḥ
“What we call Sanskrit is the divine language,
as commented upon by the great sages.”

दूरात् प्राज्ञो विवर्जयेत्

अप्रियं पुरुषं चापि परद्रोहं परस्त्रियम्।
अधर्ममनृतं चैव दूरात् प्राज्ञो विवर्जयेत्॥
apriyaṁ puruṣaṁ cāpi paradrohaṁ parastriyam|
adharmamanṛtaṁ caiva dūrāt prājño vivarjayet||
A wise man should keep far away from an unpleasant person, from injuring (betraying?) others, from another person’s wife, from unrighteous conduct and from untruth.

शक्तिः सङ्घे कलौ युगे

कृते मन्त्रप्रयोगे वा त्रेतायां तन्त्रसाधने।
द्वापरे व्यूहरचने शक्तिः सङ्घे कलौ युगे॥
kṛte mantraprayoge vā tretāyāṁ tantrasādhane|
dvāpare vyūharacane śaktiḥ saṅghe kalau yuge||
In Krita yuga, the chanting of mantras, in Tretayuga, tantra sadhana.
In Dvaparayuga, the creation of formations, while unity gives strength in Kaliyuga
