उष्ट्राणाम् विवाहेषु

उष्ट्राणाम् विवाहेषु गीतम् गायन्ति गर्दभाः।
परस्परं प्रशंसन्ति अहो रूपम् अहो ध्वनिः॥
uṣṭrāṇām vivāheṣu gītam gāyanti gardabhāḥ|
parasparaṁ praśaṁsanti aho rūpam aho dhvaniḥ||

"At the weddings of camels, donkeys sing songs.
[Further] they mutually congratulate each other, Oh! How beautiful! Oh! What a wonderful voice!"
